Can you tell us a little bit about Ground by Bringing the outside in?
Ground by Bringing the outside in is a coffee shop in Wells next the Sea with a focus on top quality, locally roasted coffee and tasty nutritious food whilst trying to be a bit different. The setting is very much part of our Bringing the outside in brand with a botanical and rustic feel.
What can visitors expect to find on the menu at Ground?
A mix of soups, grilled sandwiches, salad boxes, cakes and not forgetting our delicious selection of hot chocolates to choose from.
What makes Ground by Bringing the outside in unique?
With a big area of outdoor seating we are one of the few places in Wells where you can sit back in the sunshine with a coffee and watch the world go by.
What do you love most about what you do?
I love sourcing new suppliers, we like to find alternatives to big named brands so tend to opt for craft soda and healthier snacks. The taste testing is always a favourite too!
After visiting you, where would you recommend for a nice walk?
I would recommend walking down to Wells Harbour and then along the bank to the beach and through the pinewoods. The views are fantastic and if you are feeling a bit tired you can always get the train back.
What is your favourite thing to do in North Norfolk on your day off?
I love to cycle in North Norfolk with my family, stopping off for coffee and cake en route. There are so many different cycle routes to choose from that we are never short of finding somewhere new whether it is on or off-road.
